Hello All, from June 13- June 20 Brett and I were on a choir tour. It was a 13 concert, 7 day tour. Somedays although we would do extra concerts that were not planned, but on those we usually just sang 4 or 5 songs. So we probably did about 15 1/2 concerts in 7 days. This is where we were. JUNE 13; San Louis, CO JUNE 14; Santa Fe, NM JUNE 15 & 16; Albuquerque, NM JUNE 17; Flagstaff and Sedona, AZ JUNE 18; Grand Canyon JUNE 19 Grand Junction JUNE 20; Highlands Ranch, CO (homecoming concert). This was an awesome trip, and the games with our family groups and the dorms in Grand Junction were fun, seeing what college life felt like. The last 3 pics are at the Grand Canyon, I loved spending the day there with the views. The one pic of me with Brett and a bunch of other guys is me with some of Brett's friends. When i showed my mom this she was just glad they didn't push me off. The first two are of a concert in Albuquerque.

Swim meet #2...Franklin vs. Homestead
Here is some pictures from the next swim meet. We lost, but we kinda always do to Homestead. This meet I swam a medley relay and did the freestlye (50 meters) leg of it, the 100 meter freestyle, the 100 meter backstroke, the 50 meter freestyle, and a freestyle relay (we each swim 50 meters). So my event numbers were 8,24,46,66,and 86. Now I will explain the pictures: The first one (top) is me getting ready for the backstroke with my really awesome friend Abby leaning over the starting block giving me my pre-race talk. ha ha :-) The 2nd photo down is me getting ready to dive, but I'm not sure what race either the 100 free or the 50 free. The 3rd photo down is me swimming one of the freestyle races, I have no idea what race. And the last picture is me and my totally awesome and amazing friend Abby (we've also been friends since we were 2... really....no joke) And we were relaxing in between races, and that really gross greenish thing on my foot is athletic tape (it's holding a band-aid in place, but whatever).

Bolder Boulder!!
On Memorial day my dad and I ran the Bolder Boulder, even though I got up at 4:30 a.m to go run 6.2 miles (which some people call crazy) was one of the most awesome things I had ever done. There's this one quote that I found on the internet and it says "I have to exercise early in the morning before my brain figures out what I'm doing". That is not really me, but sometimes it helps. Our overall time was 00:59:28, SO under an hour which was my goal for my first Bolder Boulder. We ran the first 5k, and then we took little breaks, but overall I bet we ran 8K and walked 2K. I think I like doing 10K's better than 5K's because in a 10K by like the 4K mark you have your rhythm down, and then you can run for a longer distance and in a 5k by the time you get a good rhythm it's the finish line, but that's just my opinion. I also ran a race on Sun. It was a sprint of only a mile and I did TERRIBLE, and HORRIBLE. But I still have more races to come so whatever. The picture is me walking down to my mom right after the race with all my goodies! TTYL
